Puddin’ a Smile On His Face

It’s been a heck of a week, y’all.  What started out as a little bit of a croup-ish cough for Tater Tot quickly turned into a chest-rattling cough that had C-O-L-D spelled all over it.  The strange thing is, this cold has been like none other he’s ever had.  The upside is that he hasn’t had a runny nose.  The downside is, obviously, that he’s been under the weather.  The cough is no fun, especially at night.  And the poor little fellow just hasn’t felt much like eating.

Until we went to the grocery yesterday.

And bought pudding.

Chocolate-vanilla-swirl pudding.

While his appetite still isn’t back to normal, we’re on our way.

Have a great Wednesday!

Hey, that little smile says it all, doesn’t it?. There’s nothing cuter in the whole world than a small boy with a smiling messy face !
I hope he feels better soon, so you can quit stressin’.

Vanilla swirl pudding has that very same effect on me! Though it’s not nearly as fashionable on a 32 year old, ya know, to wear pudding like that…

    …but I digress.

Hope Tater Tot gets to feelin’ super again!

Pudding is Audrey’s most favorite food right now. She requests it morning, noon, and night. And yes, there have been several mornings when I haven’t felt like a fight and just gave her the pudding (I mean, it’s got milk, right?). 🙂 I just wish she ate more like Tater Tot and kept it localized to her face!

Hope he is feeling better soon!

You know what makes me laugh? The first picture where you can see the puppy eyes watching his every move… like if he just leaned a little to the side – he’d be cleaned up in a jiffy by a very happy canine!

OK – totally weird – but I had an email today that swears if you rub Vick’s Vaporub on the soles of your feet and cover them with socks – that you will not cough at all.

    The pudding looks great!
